As an elite design and construction company, we build brand new homes from scratch or renovate existing homes. We have extensive experience working with complicated projects, and working with the challenges an existing structure, or development regulations, can pose. Discovering the Project 

For new homes or renovations, the process starts with a discussion and asking questions to build an expectation for the project. We use this conversation to construct a preliminary overview of the scope and budget range and we confirm this with the customer. It's only after this initial overview is confidently accepted that a formal design process begins. We take this opportunity to gain insight into the objectives of the project, and ensure we are the right fit to make it a reality.

We will also assist with securing lots and coordinating in-fills that meet your location and construction needs. Our understanding of the permit process will ensure the project can be realistically and legally accomplished. Including these aspects in preliminary discussions ensures potential design and budget implications can taken into consideration early in the process.

Designing the Vision 

When the project overview accomplished and the appropriate preliminary design and budget variables addressed, we begin the formal design process. With decades of custom home design and renovation experience, we know how to conceptualize the home experience you desire and integrate a budget you are comfortable with.

The process we use is a flexible one, and we take great pride in creating a home that truly reflects each customer. As with all other stages of our process, we're very open and approachable, and will work with you to find the perfect balance of design and budget for your project.

Should you wish to incorporate an Interior Designer into the process we are able to recommend reputable firms we have worked alongside in the past. Alternatively, we are happy to work with any Designer of your choosing, and will co-ordinate the project accordingly.

Development 

Innovation Plus employs both framing and finishing teams to ensure exacting standards of quality are met. The management team is involved through every step, including construction, ensuring the vision we've designed becomes reality. Keeping the construction in step with the design and budget process, with consistent oversight, ensures the customers expectations for the project are exactly met.

Our industry partners are in integral part of what makes Innovation Plus a premium custom contractor. Many of our partners have been working with us since our creation in 1986. We take great care in procuring high quality products and the expertise installing those products is just as important.
